As of 21st April 2009 Sage took over Protx and SagePay was born. Most of the changes that have been put in place since this date have not affected us (or your website), however as of 30 September 2010 a new change/upgrade is required to ensure your website will continue to operate without any disruption.
If your website went live AFTER 21st April 2009 we will happily make the change free of charge – even if it is outside of your warranty period.
If you have purchased a maintenance contract with us within the last 12 months we will still happily make this change free of charge.
However, if your website went live BEFORE 21st April 2009 and you have not had a maintenance contract with us within the last 12 months, a nominal fee will be charged in order for us to upgrade your site to connect to SagePay (not Protx).
